40 Tonnes in 3 Days – Fast Track Steel for a Local Golf Club

At a popular local golf club, speed and precision were everything. In just three days, our three-man site team erected 40 tonnes of structural steel for a brand-new clubhouse extension – without missing a beat.

To futureproof the build, we pre-integrated steel stubs into the frame. These will allow glass and stainless steel balustrading to be fixed around the perimeter of the first floor at a later stage.

As with all jobs, unexpected challenges come with the territory. When an incorrect foundation height threatened delays, our team acted fast – cutting and adjusting the affected column on-site to keep everything on track.
