We fabricated 38 tonnes of hot rolled and 9.5 tonnes of cold rolled steel, all destined for a high-spec steel frame.

💪 550 man-hours of welding, cutting and painting – completed in just 2.5 weeks

🔩 All connection plates cut in-house using our Esprit Plasma Cutter for exact tolerances

📐 3D IFC models were used throughout for perfect pre-site planning

And once fabrication was done, it was time to hit the road.

🚛 Day 1 on-site saw 2 full artic trucks delivered

👷‍♂️ A 4-man Taywel team handled the installation with 2 pickers, 1 scissor lift and a 100-tonne crane – all coordinated in seamless partnership with Hirds

Every beam, bolt and bracket was installed with precision, and the results speak for themselves.
