Every structural steel project at Taywel begins with expert planning. We work closely with structural engineers, reviewing design requirements, tolerances and specifications to ensure a smooth build from the outset. We use CAD software to create accurate design plans – bringing each structure to life before fabrication begins.

All steelwork is manufactured in-house at our Hull workshops by time-served coded welders and engineers. We fabricate everything from primary structural frames to secondary steel, access platforms and connection details.

Our team will handle the entire process of getting your steel to site, safely and on schedule. Whether your project requires phased delivery, specialist lifting plans or out-of-hours transport, we can work with you to plan every logistical detail. We’ve delivered steel into tight city centre sites, complex healthcare settings and rural access locations – and we know how to adapt when challenges arise.

Our experienced site operatives manage the full steel erection process, whether it’s a full-frame installation or individual sections integrated into an existing structure. Safety and efficiency are always our priority.

• All site operatives are CSCS registered and CITB-certified

• Our team is fully trained in Mobile Elevated Working Platforms (MEWPs), telescopic forklifts and all required lifting equipment
