Monocle by Allenby Commercial – The Steel Staircase Behind Hull’s Most Stylish Office Space

Say hello to Hull’s coolest new office space – Monocle by Allenby Commercial. This sleek development is turning heads, and we’re proud to have played a key role in its transformation.

Our team was tasked with designing, fabricating and installing the towering 21-metre-high staircase at the rear of the building – a real showstopper in both form and function.

To bring the structure to life, we also:

🔩 Supplied and installed 2 lift shafts

🏗 Fitted pre-cast concrete stairs and metal deck flooring

⚙️ Delivered a total of 614 steel assemblies – all fabricated and finished in-house at our Hull facility
